1) Contest winners must provide their name, mailing address, phone number and email address to All WNY Radio. Anyone found to have supplied false information will have their prize voided and be disqualified from future contests.
2) Contest winners must be age 18 and above, unless otherwise noted. Contests in which bar tabs or beer chips are involved require winners to be 21 or above.
3) Contestants must be a resident of Niagara, Erie, Monroe, Cattagaugus, Chautauqua, Allegany, Genesee, Wyoming, or Orleans County, New York.
4) Prizes are non-transferrable and proxies are not allowed. The prize winner must claim the prize themselves.
5) Contestants agrees that All WNY Radio can use his/her voice, name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. One prize per family or household every 30 days.
6) No employees, agents, or advertisers of All WNY Radio may win.
7) Odds of winning are indeterminable and depend on varying telephone response rates, Internet access and/or the volume of entries received.
8) Participants agree to and are bound by official rules and All WNY Radio reserves the right to establish additional rules at any time.
